r9 and r8 scrolls still break gear on NA/EU

I can't believe I need to say this, but thanks to people like Ikarsu and the lack of moderation on the official Vindictus NA forums, I do.

If you fail an r9 or r8 enchant scroll, your item can still break.

Didn't they just recently change that in KR? I thought we wouldn't see that update here for another 4-5 months.

Expect us to get it in a few months.

However, certain pathological liars on the official forums were claiming that we already have this change. People believed them, they went to enchant their gear, and it would get destroyed.

Naturally, the VFM and Nexon NA don't care when people spread these lies. They only care when people say things that Nexon NA doesn't like hearing.

Ahhh. A shame those people exist, then.
