As of today, December 4th, Season 4 has hit the KR Test Server, and brought with it a swath of changes. This thread will cover the highlights, but I will *not* be covering Ceasar, this thread is just about Lv. 105 itself.

The level cap is now, obviously, 105. Alongside it, the DEF Ceiling for all battles has been increased to 29,000.
The EXP required per level is:
101 - 82,700,820
102 - 83,271,269
103 - 83,824,287
104 - 84,391,695
105 - 84,957,567
At the same time, Partholon Vanguard has been changed. Instead of having to be max level to get the benefits, you now only need to be within 5 levels. For example, with Level 105, you only need to be level 100 for Partholon Vanguard.
Composite Materials newly dropped after this update will always drop with minimum rolls. Existing materials are unaffected.
This dramatically increases the prices of having a max rolled composite item. In the case of Milletian armor, this is an additional 756m fee at current NA costs. In the case of Astera, it is an additional 680m.
All Lv. 90 raids have been given the Season 2 treatment, and are no longer raids. Additionally, their stats have been profoundly nerfed, just like the Season 2 raids had happen. Lv. 95 raids have been nerfed as well.
The tutorial now extends until Level 100, essentially.
The Dead has been removed from their drop table, and moved to Claire, Eternal Elchulus, and Macha.
Season 4 raid bosses now have a new stat called "Toughness". It is indicated by a blue bar. While Toughness is above 0, standard hold skills will not affect the boss. Karok's clash and Chainblade Vella's Frostbite will still work, however.
Toughness is reduced as the boss takes damage. When the meter reaches 0, the boss is knocked over, and hold skills will work. Upon a hold skill being used, the meter will reset to full.
The Story UI has been overhauled. The image should be self-explanatory
