As an arena enthusiast I love helping others better themselves! If you intend to use Delia in PvP here are some brief tips.
-Start off the match using Elegant Figure to startle your opponent
-After Elegant Figure immediately continue into Falling Comet or Guard
-Next you will want to Princess Step to safety and analyze your opponents standing
-Use a combination of Full Moon and Ion Thrust throughout the rest of the match

If fighting a Karok you may want to be more lenient with tactic, same with faster opponents like Twin Sword vella, Kai and Scythe Evie, if you want any further detail rather than these basics please let me know and I will be glad to assist you
